Independent Living

Concordia offers 151 of the most spacious apartments in Northwest Arkansas.  One and two bedroom apartments range fro 455 square feet to 932 square feet and offer full kitchens and balconies.  Another exciting offering for independent seniors includes large one and two level townhouses ranging from 952 square feet to 2464 square feet.
More important than the large apartments is that Concordia independent residents enjoy a carefree and maintenance free lifestyle!  One meal per day in our wonderful dining room along with weekly housekeeping, transportation (if desired), activities and much more are included.

Assisted Living

Concordia Arms and Concordia Cater ed Living facilities offer 36 assisted living apartments.  Assisted living facilities are designed to respond to the individual needs of senior adults who need help with the activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, but do not need the skilled medical care provided by a nursing home. Assisted living care promotes maximum independence and dignity for each resident and encourages the involvement of a resident's family, neighbors and friends. It is an environment well suited for someone who is unable to live at home or who wants extra support.
Assisted living facilities also provide residents with needed social interaction that they may not receive living at home.
Assisted living centers also provide numerous social and recreational activities to help resident maintain a high quality of life. These activities may include arts and crafts, exercise classes and religious services. They offer ample common areas for gathering with friends and families as well as scheduled transportation to shopping centers, appointments, outings and events.

Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

Concordia Health and rehabilitation Center is a 96 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified, licensed, skilled nursing facility offering the finest in professional, long-term care services.  Should the need ever arise, Concordia Retirement Center residents enjoy a priority admission status.
