Meet Our Administrator
- Jeff Tonack, a veteran of the Senior
Housing Industry, is a third generation Senior Living professional. Jeff began his service to Concordia as Executive Director in June of 2011 and is looking forward to using his numerous years of experience to better serve the residents of Concordia.
